Parking Ninja isn't showing my current location
If your current location isn't being displayed on the Parking Ninja app, it most likely means that your iPhone location services have been disabled. To enable location services on your iPhone, go to "Settings" from your home page, click "General" and then "Location Services". Ensure that the main "Location Services" option is turned on, as well as the application-specific option for "Parking Ninja" (if available). The next time you open Parking Ninja you should see your current location on the map.
How can I tell which is the current rate in the details page?
On the parking lot details page, current lots are listed in bold, blue text. In addition, next to each rate you will see the start/end times for the rate when appropriate. If there is no start/end time, the listed rate is valid all the time.
I don't have an internet connection - can I still use Parking Ninja?
Parking Ninja requires an internet connection to search for available parking, as well as to display the map. If you lose your internet connection during use, however, you will still be able to view info that has already been gathered on a previous search.
I found an inaccurate rate - how do I let you know?
Although our ninjas work tirelessly to keep our rate & time information up-to-date, occasionally this will happen. We greatly appreciate you notifying us - just click on the lot from either the map or list view, and click the "Report Incorrect Info" button on the details page (you may have to scroll down to see it).
